Subscribing to the bi-monthly Dharma Talks allows you to receive the teaching at home for a year. Every two months two Dharma talks given recently at the Abbey are recorded on to CD and are mailed to you (six issues)

The subscription year begins in April, with the last issue in February.

A practical guide to zazen, or seated meditation, as taught at Throssel
Hole Buddhist Abbey. The Abbot, Rev Master Daishin, and other senior
monks, clearly describe both the physical and mental aspects, with
demonstrations by monastic and lay practitioners.

Explanations and illustrations show how this practice can become the
basis for all activities in our daily lives. We can learn to be still within
the events of our life, and experience things just as they are. Such
acceptance is the key to realizing our true nature.
